Returns & Exchanges

Carolina Downpour does not accept returns at this time. We will happily exchange/replace items that are Damaged. In the rare event you should receive the wrong item, we will correct the mistake and ship out the correct item ASAP!

Payment

Payment is completed at time of Checkout using our secure online Checkout. Major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ShopPay are accepted at this time! We do NOT accept personal checks/money orders/Paypal 

We do NOT offer Collect on Delivery (C.O.D.) through the site

 

Shipping

All orders ship out via the United States Postal Service and UPS. Most orders will ship out within 72 hours of checkout. We work quickly to fulfill orders and provide tracking information for your order. If we experience any problems with your order during fulfillment, we will contact you immediately and provide any updates or available options.

 

Discounts/Price Modifications

Restock of Sold-Out Items

The majority of our items are made in house and in the event an item is sold out, we generally can manufacture the item within the 72-hour window for shipping on time. If an item is sold and out of stock we will manufacture it immediately and get it out. If an item is listed as Sold Out and does not allow checkout on the site, please contact us at CarolinaDownpourNC@gmail.com to see if we can produce the item and complete checkout for you!

 

Item “Retirement”/”Hiatus”

Periodically we will “Retire” certain designs/products so we can introduce new ones. When we “Retire” an item we will not be bringing that item back in the future. Sometimes we will also place a item on “Hiatus”. Any item listed on “Hiatus” is currently not in production or available for production. If the item is currently in stock, they will be available for purchase while supplies last.
